Caroline Nangle is the Director of HRBPs for Engineering, Product and Design at Dropbox, the content collaboration platform that helps keep work organised in the new world of distributed working.  

Caroline joined Dropbox in 2017 as a Senior HR Business Partner and has since worked globally across all sectors of the business. Today, her team ensures that Dropbox continues to develop and retain top talent, maintain culture and stay true to its company value - “Making Work Human”. 

Prior to this, Caroline was the Head of People for the Irish FinTech start-up, Currency Fair, having previously spent five years at Coca Cola Amatil, Australia.
