CPO, Power Home Remodeling

Hollie Delaney is an HR leader with over 20 years of experience. She currently serves as the chief people officer at Power Home Remodeling (“Power”), the USA’s largest full-service exterior home remodeler and top workplace. Founded in 1992, Power was created with a vision and mission to always put people first — from its employees, to its customers, to the communities in which we live and work. Now, almost 30 years later, that mindset has turned into a billion dollar organization.

Hollie started her career in human resources in 1996 working for various companies such as Wet’n Wild, Marshall Retain Group, and Vegas.com. She is most notably known for her 14-year tenure at Zappos, the retail innovator and e-commerce company, where she most recently served as the chief people strategist. At Zappos, Hollie helped lead the charge of changing the traditional company structure to one based on trust and distributed authority. She has always been passionate about working to deliver happiness and provide the best culture for employees.

In November 2020, she joined Power to further her passion of delivering happiness and building great places to work for people. Hollie currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia area with her husband and son.
