Katy Ingle

SVP Head of Talent, Learning and Diversity & Inclusion EMEA, Bank of America

Katy Ingle is the Head of Talent, Learning and Diversity and Inclusion at Bank of America, covering Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region within the Human Resources function. In this role, she leads a team in creating and leading on the organisations learning, development and diversity and inclusion strategy.

Katy has been with Bank of America collectively for over 18 years, across a variety of leadership roles in Talent, Staffing, Learning and Leadership Development and Global Human Resources across the UK and Ireland. Katy is responsible for the EMEA Diversity and Inclusion council, working across 30 senior leaders to drive the EMEA diversity and inclusion strategy. Katy is also the co-chair of the EMEA HR Employee Engagement team, part of the EMEA Philanthropic Advisory group, the Global Disability Council and the Global Human Trafficking focus group.

She earned a BA Honours Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chester, an MSc degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby and is also a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Katy holds Six Sigma, Prince 2, a Level 7 CIPD Diploma, a PGCert in Coaching and level A and B assessment qualifications.

Katy has a passion for inspiring young people and supporting their career choices. She is a Trustee board member of UpReach, a charity that supports less-advantaged students into jobs and a mentor for young people in the City Year program. Katy is a also a director of Create Learning, a multi-academy trust of several primary schools based in the North West of England.
