Laura Flynn

Associate Partner, People Advisory Services, EY

Laura Flynn is Associate Partner in EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS) practice and leads EY’s People Consulting team of c.100 people in Ireland. She has an 18 year career which combines international HR roles, with management consulting.

Since joining EY in 2014, Laura has worked with senior executives and leadership teams across all sectors to deliver large-scale complex transformation. She has worked on some of the largest organisation and workforce transformation programmes, and leads teams focused on Organisation, HR and People Experience transformation.

Prior to joining EY, Laura held global HR roles in London across Eurostar International, Lastminue.com and BNY Mellon, where she developed a passion for organisational development, talent management, leadership development, learning and performance. She is an experienced programme manager in the areas of Organisation Design, Business Readiness, Outsourcing, Offshoring, Learning, Talent, Change Management, Performance Management, Service Transformation and Digital.

Laura holds a MSc. in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a BA degree in Psychology from University College Dublin.
